By placing an order with Studio 8 by Aneesa Villaroel, you agree to purchase a product or service. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Pick Up
Purchase your item/s online and pick it up in person. Pickups can be done between 9am and 6pm by appointment only. Once your purchase is confirmed you will be contacted to determine the estimated time of your pick up.
Delivery
Delivery fee is $40 to any area in Trinidad and Tobago.
Delivery is estimated to take place within 1 to 3 days.
Depending on the area, a public meeting location may be chosen for the delivery. This will be determined accordingly.
You will be contacted to advise on which day and time delivery will be best.
We aim to deliver products within the timescales indicated on our website. However, these timescales are estimates only, and delays can occasionally occur. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items sold are made from 100% cotton fabric and leather. The fabric is designed by hand. What may look like irregularities in the pattern and colour are actually part of the design and are not flaws.
100% leather may also have varying thicknesses and textures occasionally. Designs and colours may vary slightly in their presentation which makes each piece unique and are not flaws.
In the event that an item needs to be returned, unless the item is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase , there will be a 10% restocking fee applied for all items being returned.
